In heat power engineering system, PID is a most primary control strategy. Now, Usually in spot PID parameter is given according to experiences, this methods can need the require. CFBB is a new kind of boiler for environmental protection, and it is quite different from the traditional coal combustion boiler, and traditional PID regulation can't meet the control needs of CFBB. Therefore, my dissertation focuses on the problem of CFBB controller parameter optimization. Through conducting experiments in spot on 450t/h CFBB, a great deal of data is collected, on the basis of putting the data in order an gain the object transform function by fly upward curve method, the problem of controller parameter optimization is completed by GA, and the experimental result is satisfactory. At present, it has been successfully used in spot PID control.
