PID is a most primary control strategy in heat power engineering system, and it directly influences safe and economical of units. Genetic algorithms (GA) perform efficient and heuristic search, not blindfold and completely stochastic searching, thus, this thesis uses GA to optimize PID adjustor's parameters. In this thesis, in order to get over the disadvantages of GA, such as prematurity, poor ability of local search, some measures that are choose strategy of original genus, immune and chaos algorithm have been put forward to improve on GA. The simulation results show these improving measures are very helpful. Besides, it has done some research on the problem of multi-Objective Optimization. Unitary method and gray theory have been introduced to improve on objection function. Especially, the factor, output quality of PID adjustor, has been included in objection function, which is help to avoid frequent action of executive component.
