| The paper study the way of identification and optimizing PID controller parameters, it affects directly results of control and has in touch with safety, economy. To get precise model parameter is the important task in improving application of modern control theory. The paper study the identification ways of step gallop and Genetic Algorithms. And the latter is used in steam drum water level system of quantity of water supply. The simulation results demonstrate its better ability of identification than the former. The general method, simplex method is widely used in thermo-process control system. But it is sensitive to initial value and gets easily into partial optimum parameters, leads to failure. So we bring forward optimization method based on Genetic Algorithms, and optimize PID controller parameters of single-circuit, cascade control circuit by using this method.
