Now it is inconvenient to be maintained and upgraded that the application software with non-modularization designning in power system. For its architecture is lack of opening, the adaptability of it to different circumstances is bad. It's very difficult for it to realize increment exploitation and to adapt to the application in distributed network .What's more, the software has a long exploitation period and lack domain-resuability. Fixed upon these problems, the architecture and functions of some software applied in power system have been analysed and summarized in the thesis, a resuable power system software architecture has been put out. To be applied in describing the architecture exactly, a kind of object-oriented petri net has been defined. Then based on the architecture, do research and programming about static security analysis component and so on. The method of object-oriented power network topology analysis based on compartment knowledge has been put out. Contingency aggregate and pre-screening method are combined to applied in automatic contingency selection. Contingency performance index has been modified in view of contingency probability. The programme such as contingency aggregate and contingency screening has been compiled.
