The developmental trend of power system is that system becomes larger and more connectible and the data processed by dispatchers become more hugeous. The operation of power network is dispatched by different dispatching stations. For the complexity of the structure of power network, all dispatchers should dispatch power network by use of power system analysis software . They should make decisions that how to balance the contribute and power between different power plants, how to adjust and control load , how to select the most economical and safe method for generating and transmitting electricity and how to forecast countermeasure for accidents according to the analysis result. Therefore, it is necessary to afford dispatchers a suit of power system analysis software, which can supply favorable HMI. It has become a developmental tendency to apply visual programming technology to power system analysis.Power flow analysis is the most fundamental and important content of power system analysis software, which can determine the operation status of each part in the whole power system according to the given operation conditions and system connecting status. In the research of power system layout and operation mode, flow calculation is needed to analyzes and compares the rationality .reliability and economy of electric supply project or operation mode. In addition, the power system flow analysis is also the foundation of the power system dynamic stability analysis and the static stability analysis.Based on object-oriented programming technology foundation, unified computer graph Microsoft Visual C++ as the development kit, each part class, which is needed by the entire power system static computation, is structured in this article. The one time wiring diagram and computation network unification are realized through thetopological computation; The interaction and unification of the graph and the estimated data are realized through the graph contact surface and the informative transmission, we also established the power flow computation class in this foundation and realized a flow computation concrete electrical network mathematical model, established two common flow computational method based on it: Power Flow Solution by Newton' s Method, Fast Decoupled Law. As its input and output has the same connection form, other algorithms also may be conveniently added into library . Finally an example is given. In this example, the procedure has manifested the usability and the formidable function of the computation analysis program uniting cartography.
