Virtual Instrument Design Of Cutting Force Measurement System Based On LabVIEW

With the continuous development of modern science technology and economy, various measurement and test instrument are required to accomplish more and more complicated jobs in measuring and monitoring. And the demand for measure technology and test equipment is getting higher. As a result, the testing cost increases by a wide margin. In recent years, a new measure technology comprising the technologies of electronic, technologies of computer and technologies of network are developing. And this new technology is named VI. In this paper, a based-computer measuring system was formed by using the software of NI. In this system,voltage signal of single or three channels could be measured quickly and easily. And data was realized stored in database. By the researches of VI it was proved that this way of measuring is convenient, reliable, low cost, and effective.
