The development at full speed of industrial production, commodity market and culture information, cause the globalization trends of science ,technology and mode of production. It is shown as the internationalization of architectural culture, along with the convergent phenomena of urban space and shape in the field of building. The locality of architecture gradual letdowns and disappears. The internationalization and localization of architecture become world problems that more and more countries face. This article proceeds from the sources of internationalism and regionalism architectural style, in the relation with unity of opposites of the internationalization and the localization, explore the developing direction of the localization architecture with characteristic of China, Viz. the Regionalization of Modern Architecture and the Modernization of Regional Architecture.
