Study On Landscape Ecological Planning Of Reservoirs In Xinjiang

By the end of 1998, the number of reservoirs was 477 in Xinjiang. With the support and encourage from water administration, there will take using of resource of water as the center, take the reservoir landscape ecosystem construction as the important contents, take many target decision as the method to make the reservoir engineering construction development and raise the comprehensive performance. But there were so little research in for reservoirs in china. Some profound concerning, especially the reservoir ecosystem construction of the hungriness area in Xinjiang is not perfect. So the research had less approach in the depth of landscape ecological planning for reservoir. Based on the landscape ecological planning theories, this article discuss the foundation theories and practice in landscape ecological planning for reservoir through the different level of detailed system analysis about the internal relations for reservoirs and relations in landscape ecological planning. Firstly, this article gave a foresight for landscape ecological planning through analyzed the concept, method, theories progress and other important points stated. The author also gave the meaning of the study in Xinjiang landscape ecological planning based on the deeply study about the present condition and problems appeared in landscape ecological planning. The six functions of reservoir were irrigate, flood controlling, hydraulic power, city water supplying, marine products farming agriculture and tour development were discussed based on the analysis for the classification, constitute and functions in reservoir's landscape resources. According to the present condition and problems appeared in the reservoir's landscape ecological planning, the writer make a systems analysis about way of target, theories, principle, step and contents for landscape ecological planning in reservoir and gave the system of landscape ecological planning for reservoir including function area classing, landscape planning, tour facilities program and environmental protection planning. Finally, the author selected Wushishui reservoir, Kekeya reservoir, Wulasitai reservoir and Kalangguer reservoir as the study examples and try to prove the theories of landscape ecological planning for reservoir stated before.
