The reciprocating of piston in diaphragm pump caused the pulsation of instantaneous flux. This results in the pulsation of pressure and caused the pipeline vibration. These factors will influence the life of pipeline system. So the problems of elimination and weakness of vibration should be studied. It could be solved from two aspects. One is the reasonable structural parameters, the other is proper methods of weakness of vibration The former needs to design pipeline system that value of pulsation is in the allowable range, the latter is to adopt proper measures of weakness to that already occurred. According to different conditions, setting buffer at the proper place or adopting peak value dispersion technology, are effective methods of vibration's weakness.The text concept of peak value dispersion technology .on the premise of analyzing the cause of flow pulsation and pressure pulsation of single reciprocating pump, the cause of peak value overlapping in water coal syrup transporting to one pipeline with multi-unit pumps, and the conditions to eliminate peak overlapping are discussed.
