The concrete conveying equipment (hereinafter referred to as concrete pump) is widely used in the construction industry as a construction of hydraulic machinery. Hydraulic system is the key to its technology, but also prone to failure of the main concrete pump parts. Therefore, for the concrete pump fault diagnosis of hydraulic system has very important practical significance.In this paper, hydraulic system of HBT60concrete pump as the research object, the hydraulic system failure was studied, and the main work of the fllowing several aspects:1. Introduces the concrete pump hydraulic system composition and working principle, fault testing conditions and the results are given, and based on the experiment to put the failure analysis for cylinder pause, and find out the fault components set, and the causes of faults during commutation process are explained.2. According to the experimental data of the fault of components of the geometric parameter and kinematic parameters for the parameter identification.3. Use power band graph and differential equation method to establish the mathematical model of fault components, and according to the simulation results, the faults are analysed.4. Combined with the failure analysis based on the experiment and fault components of the simulation model fault analysis results, the cylinder pause fault are diagnosised, the relevant conclusions are concluded, and relevant technical measures to eliminate the faults are put forward.
