Research On Capacity Extention And Reconstruction Of Shuohuang Line

As an important integrant of the second large corridor of western coal eastward transporting in china, Shuohuang Railway(SHR) plays a very important part in national railway network. In recent years as the national energy strategic focus is put on the west and the strategy of the western development is enforced, Shuo Huang Railway Corporation increases the dispatch of coal progressively year by year, which exerts an obvious influence in stimulating the growth of the local economy and in greatly promoting the production of industry and agriculture along its line. But with the further increasing route the coal energy exploitation, the technical equipment of SHR' s primary route can' t adapt to the requirement of national economy development.This paper carries out the study of the present equipments, the characteristics of operation, the presumption and demand of the transportation of passengers and merchandises in the near and distant future of Shuo Huang Line. After its analysis, it draws such a conclusion: SHR wants to expand and rebuild its capability, must follow the principle of organization of transport: basing on the corridor, considering thoroughly the appropriate loading, transporting and the harmonious abilities, considering the front corridor, the back corridor and the harmonious organization of transport. Only if we adopt the suitable technique standards realize the corridors improved and built synchronously that the whole capability of corridors will be form and develop their largest invest profits.
