For satisfying the high-speed heavy traffic railway's demand, the railway track must be enhanced. Switch is one of track's weak links, is the key equipment in high-speed railway, is an important factor to control train speed. Applying swing nose turnout swich to replace the intrinsic speed raising swich on the Intertegional LWR, the "harmful space" which exists in the fixed crossing is erased and the speed when cross the swich is improved, and it is one of the speed raising approachs.Swing nose turnout swich is the most complex part of the rail constructure, and the maintaincement workload is the biggest, and its pavement, construction and so on , are a complex systems engineering, and we must ensure the security and quality of this project. We must split the whole project into working procedures, and must analyse and research every detail, so as to find the best construction scheme and work method, and anquire some economic benefits.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the replacement method and curing experience to the Putian station, this text have made study on the replacing thchnology of the high speed swing nose turnout switch.
