| With the rapid development of China’s economy,the process of urbanization is gradually accelerating,and China’s construction market has become the world’s largest construction market.However,compared with other industries,the construction industry lacks synergy between various production processes,resulting in lower production efficiency and serious waste of resources;and a large number of repeated work,especially the repeated changes in the structural design during the construction of the project,cause production.The rising costs and other issues have restricted the sound development of the industry.In this particular historical period,with the emergence of BIM technology,new hopes have been brought about for the current predicament.At present,BIM technology has received extensive attention from all walks of life.At the same time,its value has been verified in the application of individual projects in China.This paper starts from the basic connotation of BIM technology,introduces the historical evolution and application value of BIM development,and explores the specific application of BIM technology in the construction of continuous beam bridge swivel with the actual bridge construction project.With a view to providing reference for similar projects,the main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The basic application of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of the bridge project is introduced,from the planning and decision-making phase to the related applications in the operation and maintenance phase.Describing in detail the advantages of BIM technology over traditional technologies and BIM technology in program demonstration,parametric modeling,project volume statistics,2D plotting,collaborative design,3D technical disclosure,collision inspection,construction simulation,project quality management,etc.The application value of the aspect.(2)Through the use of BIM core modeling software Revit,parametric modelling of the Urumqi-kuitun highway overpass bridge from Wuxi to Wubei tie-line project in Urumqi railway hub was established,and the core component library and temporary component library of the bridge were established respectively,and then loaded into the same project file,according to the plane coordinates of each component and the spatial position of the fight group,established a bridge BIM model that contains the complete project information.The related application of BIM technology in the design phase of bridge engineering and the feasibility of using BIM technology for the forward design of bridge engineering are studied.(3)Exploring the defects of the traditional construction progress management methods under the new situation and the advanced nature and implementation process of adopting the 4D management model based on BIM technology,and taking the Urumqi-kuitun highway overpass bridge from Wuxi to Wubei tie-line project in Urumqi railway hub as an example,refer to the construction drawings to create a temporary component family library,import the relevant BIM model into Navisworks software for integration,and associate the model components with the time dimension through the TimeLiner function.The 4D construction simulation was performed on the rotating system and the main bridge.(4)Introduce how to combine the BIM model built with Revit software and the finite element analysis software ANSYS to eliminate the need to re-model the relevant finite element software when the structure is subjected to force analysis.Taking Ukui highway overpass bridge rotation system as an example,the detailed process of combining the BIM model with the finite element analysis software ANSYS is discussed. |
