This paper bring forward a new-style way which makes uses of ultrasonic to measure the concentration of emulsion used in coal mine after it analyzes the abuse of other measurements. It studies and designs this new-style measurement and presents character request of the metrical device. In this paper, the design of hardware and software about the device is introduced in detail. This design starts from the principle of ultrasonic used in measurement and measures concentration of emulsion using the relation in concentration, temperature and time. The design of hardware part includes the emissive circuit of ultrasonic, the circuit of receiving ultrasonic, the circuit of measure temperature, the circuit of the voice and light warning module, the circuit of display, and so on. The design of software part includes the program running in SCM (Single Chip Micyoco), developed with C programming language and the program running in PC, developed with Visual Basic programming language. In the end, the problem of anti-interference in the design of hardware and software is discussed in the article. This device has excellent precision and can implement on-line measure, which plays an important role in supervising production in time, enhancing output and quality of coal, reducing consume of energy. This design creates a good condition to confect emulsion automatically. |
