Liquid Concentration Measure System Based On MSP 430

There are thousands of tanks existing in petroleum、chemical、military、energy and other areas in China. Moreover, as the economy continues to develop, their numbers tend to increase.It’s very important for tank owners to understand the volume of oil storage and distribution of oil in the tank.With increasingly fierce competition in the oil market China’s oil industry will face the severe challenges from large international oil companies where they have advanced technology and management experience.This paper discussed a tank detection system which is based on MSP430 and Visual C++. The system’s main features are : simple structure and low power consumption, and convenient testing.This paper describes the content as follows : firstly, analysis the current situation of tank detection and practical significance of improving tank detect methods.Gave the overall improvement program.Secendly,the paper Introduced the sensor circuit, sensor signal processing circuit, MCU and wireless circuit module adapter, MCU and displacement sensor circuit adapter, key circuit of POS,LED circuit of POS, communications adapter circuit between computer and POS.Finally the paper discussed the computer data receive, processes software based on Visual C++.This paper also proposed the topic to be deepened.This work supplies the reference to the following research and development.
