Petri Net is a sort of powerful tool for the depiction and analysis of systems. In the latest years, it is used in the computer science and discrete event system fields and so on.As a important electromechanical product, is widely used in various fields, from industries, agricultures to household application. Although with different run-condition and standards, all of the production has some common demands, such as quality and the reliability. the study on their fault diagnosis, fault mechanism analysis, capability test technology and reliability theories, reliability tentative technology are very important value to the estimate and improvement of their quality and reliability.First of all, the paper introduce thoroughly the fault diagnosis theory of Asychronous Motors based Petri net, peculiarity, application, it prepare theory for madding on-line diagnosis system for Motor.This paper devises a fault diagnosis system by means of PN, the system can diagnose various fault. It takes advantage of the language of the programmable logic device for its program.The paper expound a foggy Petri net theory, and make use of foggy logic rule to make it accurate.
