According to the problems of humidity control in Hot SummerWarm Winter Zone and Hot Summer Cold Winter Zone, and the AIQproblems aroused from high humidity environment, and also theproblems of high energy consumption and low efficiency of energyutilization in HVAC system, in this paper, potentialities of energyconsumption for hybrid dehumidity and exhaust air energy recoverysystem are simulated and analyzed in dynamic ways, and the theoreticalresearch and dynamic simulation methods has been adopted.The paper Analysis the main affecting factors of temperature andhumidity control to small-sized office buildings, through the analysis forrestricting factors to Sensible. Heating Ratio(SHR) and the utilizationefficiency of cold source, conclusion can be drawn, that the relationbetween SHR and SCR restrict the effect of dehumidification and theenergy using efficiency. Hybrid desiccant cooling system with Air-to-AirEnergy Recovery Equipment (AAERE) is proposed.In this paper, 5 represented cities' annual houred cold load andpotentialities of the cold load consumptions, 13 represented cities' annualhoured fresh air's cold load component in Hot Summer Warm WinterZone and Hot Summer Cold Winter Zone are simulated, using thebuilding environment design simulation software DeST, which providethe scientific basis for selecting AAERE. Control Air Humidity (CAH)and Enthalpy During Hours (HDH) are defined here, which play practicalvalue in quantizing the potentialities of energy consumption ofdehumidify load for coolling coils.
