In this Master's thesis, take a automote damper as an example, through analysising each valve slice's inside construction, working principle and getting force situation, discuss the mathematical model of the hydraulic damper. Then based on this model, applicate MATLAB language to program and compute, draw the feature curves of damper's damp (including change the liquid damper's sport frequency and each valve slice's parameter). In order to forecast damper's capability, shorten the time of the development period, reduce the cost of the development, and improve the self-ability of the development. In addition, this thesis makes use of the VB language to establish a Damper Management System, and try to let customer changes and adjust each valve slice's geometrical size based on themselves demand, and simulate corresponding force-displacement curve and force-velocity curve, so that devisers can optimize and improve to auld product.At analysising and computing the complicated valve in geometrical shape, applicate a limited method — ANSYS, and get stiffness of the blow-off valve and stiffness of the compressed valve . And then lately simulation proofs the possibility of this kind of method. Simultaneity, because fully consider the compression of gas in the reserve tuber, get the skew force-displacement and hysteretic force-velocity curves under simulative condition, this make simulative curves are more close to the test curves. And draw three-dimensional part, component and assemblage pictures by SolidWorks software; simulate the liquid damper's factual working situation.
