With the augmentation of the stand-alone capacity of the generator and scale of electricitynet,generator unit and electric power system puts forward higher and higher demands to excitation control in the fields of celerity,reliability,more functionality and so on, accordingly,excitation control is updated,developed and improved continuously both in theory and practice. In recent years, digital excitation adjustment has gradually become mainstream of synchro-generator excitation adjustment with the replacement of simulated excitation adjustment.In the process of manufacturing excitation adjustment,installation together with HUNAN UNISPLENDOUR M&C CO.,LTD ,this thesis has carried on lucubration comprehensively both from simulation to experiment and from theory to practice into the key technology of excitation system,First, it discusses,the basic theory of synchro-generator excitation control system in detail ,and puts forward excitation control system which based on BP nerve network PID linked with the disadvantageds of nerve network technology.Based on this,the thesis establish mathematic model of synchro-generator excitation control system. Simulation indicated compared with arithmetic of PID ,arithmetic of nerve network PID control has improved.Second,this thesis has carried on,research and design deeply into the specific hardware and software realization of excitation control system, As for hardware system,it adopts entailly new design idea,that is ,the strutrue of CPU+PSD+TC787(special pulse spring integration chip),which makes hardware system not only concise but also reliable and accurate, In the software system,alternating signal,sampling has introduced FFT arithmetic,which ensures the precision of alternating signal and further enhance the quality of control system.At last ,experiment indicate that the system mentioned above has full function and good capability which can be used for medium and minitype synchro-generator.
