From 2000, in our country, the casualty surpasses 100000 continuously 4 years which because the road traffic accident causes, the traffic safety situation is extremely stern.In the road traffic accident, the vehicle driver is the main reason creates the road traffic accident. Among them, because exceeds the speed limit, occupies other lane, without license, the liquor drives, weary driving and so on, which are prominent to create fatal accidents. In the road traffic accident casualty, the new driver is the mean reason. What makes the driver's mistakes when driving, and too excessive accidents that the new driver create. It is worth studying for us. In order to assure the vehicle the travel security, study driver's behavior characteristics, driving trains and raises the driver's traffic safety consciousness have become one of road traffic security core questions.The people are very difficult to experience a time of accident, therefore, in research road traffic security and analysis road traffic accident, to reappear the primary accident, without doubt is one kind especially important method which has the practical significance extremely. The crux of the traffic accident chain can be found by researching the reappearance of the traffic accident because each tache has the different function in the evolvement of traffic accident. It makes people feel personally on the whole scene by putting the simulator technology lately into practice, then find the true prime criminals correctly and clearly which cause the traffic accident.It is hardly to experience all kinds of dangerous circumstances on the road while researching the drivers' behavior characteristic and training the drivers. For example:The pedestrian crosses the urban road suddenly, motor vehicles collide for giving the way out of regulations, the vehicle following on the heels of taxi, which runs normally evades late and causes collision with the former taxi because the taxi brakes suddenly. It usually causes the traffic accident when the car pulling in the roadside crashes into the road all of a sudden ,etc. In recent years, it offers the related technical support to the development of simulator which used into research the road traffic question with rapid development of virtual reality technical and the computer simulation technology. The driving simulator used in studying the road traffic security, not only needs to designing virtual scene system used in the driver behavior characteristic research and driving training, but also needs the dynamic scene display and sounds system to demonstrate the real feeling of three-dimensional environment of road traffic. The goal lies in reveals the relevant rule of driver behavior and the traffic accident, provides a good experimental platform for the intelligence traffic safety research.Through the investigation of road traffic accident data and situation of our country, the present paper chose the Yunnan partial areas of black-spot as example to design the virtual scene, analyze the reasons of the black-spot and developed the program of linking black-spot view, established the model of pedestrian suddenly crossing the road. The researchs have built the foundations for the driver behavior research, driver senior training, the driver safety education use the driving simulator.
