In our country,the expressway network built in the past has gradually been unable to meet the increasing demand of people's traffic capacity,which promotes the arrival of the road reconstruction and expansion stage.In the reconstruction and expansion section of expressway,due to the changeable driving environment and complex road conditions,construction facilities and construction activities will inevitably affect the normal traffic,and even lead to traffic accidents.And traffic conflicts in the upper and lower transitional areas are increasing,which also lays the groundwork for the occurrence of related traffic accidents.Over the years,many scholars have carried out traffic hazard analysis on the extended sections,but there are still some deficiencies in the theory of specific indicators identification and sorting system,and the application of the latest intelligent algorithm in this field needs to be studied.Based on the basic status mentioned above,this paper first systematically summarizes and studies the traffic safety problems of expressway construction section,then proceeds with intelligent algorithm,uses intelligent algorithm to construct a traffic safety model suitable for expressway construction area,and then chooses a section of expressway,based on its actual traffic volume,traffic capacity and accident rate and other detailed information,using v.Issim simulation analysis to verify the accuracy of the model.At the same time,the analysis should take into account the differences between different types of traffic composition and different sections,and should be multi-angle and omni-directional;at the analysis level,attention should be paid to the combination of macro and micro;in the analysis of vehicle danger,the equivalent minimum safety distance and deceleration should be used as the corresponding discrimination indicators.This article not only carries on the related research and analysis to the traffic safety of the expressway construction section,but also makes the related detailed stipulation to the relevant signs and markings of the construction section,the setting principle and the setting method of the auxiliary safety facilities.Based on the correlation analysis of the driver's recognition of traffic signs,the corresponding optimization suggestions for the font size,color and content of traffic signs are given,and the setting method of traffic signs in expressway reconstruction and expansion operation area is studied.Based on the above research,the article also provides emergency plans for relevant construction work areas to prevent emergencies from seriously affecting safe driving.At the end of the article,the actual highway reconstruction and expansion project cases are combined to analyze,and the corresponding safety measures are given based on the research results and actual project conditions.The research of this paper has made some contribution to the establishment of the index system for distinguishing the dangerous state of traffic in the reconstruction and expansion section of expressway,and has some significance for traffic organization and emergency plan setting in the construction area.
