Since reformed and opened to the outside world, our social and economi development have had a rapid progress as well as road transport.But as mot(?) vehicle quantities are incresing rapidly,it is sharpening the increase of road traffi accidents happened frequently.So far,road traffic accidents have been one of th most improtant factors of restricting the rapid social,stable and health development.Therefore, one of the important scientific researches which o(?) government and scholars must be faced with is how to improve traffi conditions and ensure traffic safety environment. It can provide direct basis th(?) identify traffic black-spot location for the traffic black-spot inspection an renovation. It is very meaningful that has priority in improving the situation (?) traffic safety black-spot especially in under the condition of insufficient funds.This paper mainly contain the causes and characteristics analysis of traffi black-spot. It also summarizes on road traffic black-spot identified method,and ha a preliminary exploration on introducing clustering analysis method into the stud of the traffic black-spot identified. At last take the traffic accident dates of G220 i Heze City for example, it obtained good results that identified its traffic black-sp(?) with hierarchical clustering analysis method. In this paper the use of comput(?) software SPSS hierarchical analysis method to handle with traffic accident dat(?) collected.It wil save manpower that let computer process the large reduplicate and complicated dates.Meanwhile it can avoid errors or omissions caused b human negligence, make black-spot analysis work more efficient and accurat(?) offer help and guidance for transportation management department formulatin relevant safety countermeasures.That will promote China's road traffic safet management level, effectively prevent traffic accidents and reduce casualties an property losses.
