The burden on medical inspection is becoming heavier with the increase of infectious disease. So, to develop a kind of equipment which can do medical inspection instead of human being and at the mean time to improve the quality of the inspection has become a new trend for developing of medical equipment. ELISA processor can be used to detect blood disease. It combined with the technology of optics, electronics and mechanics. It can complete the whole process automatically after the microplate having been put in, so the efficiency and quality of the inspection can be improved greatly. Through research on the current development of this kind of device, I have learned that there are still a lot of aspects need further study or improvement. Very few ELISA processor can finish the whole experiment of ELISA, and also even less can work individually after being divided into several parts according to its'module constructed in abroad. In our country, there is no ELISA processor developed successfully till now. Just for these reasons, we have decided to develop a new kind of ELISA processor which can work individually by four module: sample preprocessing, raising period, microplate washing, microplate reading. Each module can complete a single work. They can also be combined to finish the whole ELISA process. In this paper, I have done research on the following aspect: 1,Having made a whole plan of the project and decided the mechanism and way of realizing it. Designed the whole structure and procedure of the ELISA processor. 2,According to the requirement of customer and research, we designed the ELISA processor with four module. The mechanism and the working procedure of every module was introduced. 3 ,Having designed the mechanical structure, mechanism, working procedure of the sample preprocessor. On the consideration of the distortion effect to liquid level detecting, distortion analysis of the ancon which support the pinhead has been done with ANSYS based on finite element method. 4,Temperature control of the raising module has been improved based on a former heating system of biology raising box. The relay control system has been taken instead by single chip microcomputer and silicon controlled rectifier. The control rule was based on fuzzy control theory. The input is the change of the temperature and also the ratio of it. Output is the heating power of the system. All these has made the system work as a human being intelligently. 5,The temperature control system has been simulated in MATLAB. The result proved that fuzzy temperature control system can response quickly and has small overshoot and high precision. 6,A microplate reading system has been designed. The mechanism of microplate reading and every part of the system was introduced.
