To build the tourism highway promotes development of tourism greatly. Face the plenty of environmental problems in building tourism highways, however, it's our study tasks how to provide some effective methods on levels of planning and design to deal with between promotion of traffic efficiency and keeping fine landscape and economical environment .On this background the thesis systematically study the tourism highway and it's landscapes on the theory level.The part one is study background, summarize and explain of basic concepts.
