Heavy-load and Low-speed Gears is extensively applied in the profession ofcement,metallurgy,mine and construction. its designing and manufacturing level ,ability of loading and the service life is usually the mark of a nation's industrialdevelopment.Through consulting a large number of documents, the domestic and internationalstudy about gear's running-in is summed up. Through Studying mechanism, the surfacecharacteristic and change law about wearing pattern are analysed . On this basis , theinfluence factor during the gears running-in is studied further. The criterion of finish is putforward finally. Through the simulated test, various kinds of changes during running-in isdiscussed. Use test design method, the factor influencing the running-in are analysedseparately, which include speed ,load ,lubricate ,etc. Through simulate gears running-in course on computer , have proposed how to set up the mathematics model about theparameter of roughness of surface changes. Utilize this model , the influence factors arequantificationally analyzed, reasonable running-in norming is further confirmed,and thisprovide the basis for the actual and industry experiments.In this subject ,the friction and mechanical drive are organically combined together,the new conceiving , new method , new craft for heavy-load and low-speed gear 's design ,manufacture and use are offered, the key technology problem needed for the productionscene is solved.
