Fault diagnosis system includes state monitoring and the fault diagnosing twoinalienable parts in fact, state predict is one inexorable trend of fault diagnosisdevelopment, it realize the great transition of equipment maintenance from maintain afterthe event, prevent from maintaining to get foresee and maintain. With the development ofthe computer and network technology, traditional fault diagnosis receives the greatchallenge, for saving manpower and material resources, Web based fault diagnosis hasbecome inevitable.Exploring the new diagnosis theory constantly and seeking the reliable technologicalmethod effectively is the goal that the fault diagnoses technological researchers pursue to.The subject base on the forefathers' researches, and put forward fractal theory and neuralnetwork abstraction in gaining and analyzing signs of fault. A set of state monitoring andfault diagnosis system of rolling machinery is designed with the virtual instrumenttechnology in this paper, and melts itself in the internet. Taking laboratory bench of thedynamic equilibrium as the Simulation target of rolling machinery, the subject has imitatedthe typical faults of rolling machinery, and has analyzed to its axis orbit and frequencyspectrum, at same time it has examined and proved to the whole system, the resultindicates that this system has certain use value.Practices indicate that LabVIEW have better advantage very it whether in data gatherand signal analyzing, deal with long-range to take or database link respect. The methodthat GMDH based on the reconstruction of phase space is applied in this text , the resultindicates that it is feasible using this method in the state predicting, it will be playing acertain role constantly in fault diagnosis.
