Networked Virtual Instrument Technology-based Motor Condition Monitoring And Fault Diagnosis System

With the wide use of rotary machine in every walk of life, its state detecting and malfunction diagnosing become much importantly. Traditional testing mostly through the acquisition of equipment to the scene signals, and then a comprehensive analysis concluded that although increased reliability testing, but many are operating on-site staff inconvenient to, or simply can not achieve in normal field data collection, and also to the increased testing costs, and security is also an issue worthy of consideration, which would require the re-establishment of a testing methodology. In this paper, the author design a suit of networking virtual instruments testing system .Use networking virtual instruments, people can obtain vibration signal of circumrotate machine, then obtain the running state or the cause of malfunction on the base of analysis of vibration signal. It is suit for remote monitoring, data collection and fault detection.This article is composed of four parts. The first part covers the present studying situation of state detecting and malfunction diagnosing of rotary machine in China and abroad, and it also introduces the foundation of composing the article and the main studying contents. The second part mainly covers usual methods of state detecting and malfunction for rotary machine, it also covers the theoretic basis of the methods. The third part is the key point of the article. It mainly covers structure,sort and characteristic of Virtual instruments, it also studies the designing scheme and realizing scheme of networking Virtual instruments. The last part is also very important, In this part, according to concrete hardware instrument of labs: revolving mechanic simulative vibrator and PCI-6024E Data Acquisition Card, a set of network testing system is developed. This system may realize the following function: measures the critical rotation speed of electrical machine,displays the vibration graph of different rotational speed,Spectrograph,axes center track graph,bode graph, vibration signal on-line analysis and off-line processing, vibration signal scene and long-distance demonstration and analysis, Electrical machinery long-distance velocitymodulation and so on.
