The steam turbine power generating unit belongs to the high-speed rotary machine. Lubricating oil system is one of the main auxiliary system of the steam turbine system. It's safety and reliability is of great impact on the system. So, establish the dynamic mathematical model, analyse the dynamic matching relationship and research the dynamic and failure characteristics of the lubricating oil system have great actual value to the safe operation of steam turbine system The task of this paper is one part of the project "The research of turbine oil system dynamic design method". It's main task is to establish dynamic model of the lubricating oil system by means of advanced modular modeling method and perform simulation studis. The task is presented by the following: â‘ Establish the mathematical model of the main equipment including pipe, oil cooler, motor,oil pump and valve etc. Meanwhile, in order to meet the demand of the dynamic design, it's require to establish the resistance pressure model which can be used in the precise computating. â‘¡Turn the mathematical model into simulating model and verify the reliability of the simulation model. â‘¢Choose the typical equipments and make them into one system model, simulate the switching process between the main oil pump and the AC oil pump, then analyse it's characteristic. â‘£Simulate the typical failure of the lubricating oil system, analyse the changing regularity of the system. The simulation model of the oil system is deduced in this paper. Base on different model division, the relative model is establish. And the simulation program is also work out by Visual Fortran. The dynamical response of the system is obtained via the simulation tests by imposing different disturbances, the simulation results show that the mathematical model and simulated dynamical response is proved to be valid and reliable. Thereby complete the lubricating oil system simulation in elementary stage, which can be a favorable reference to the turbine oil system's dynamic design.
