The article presents author's opinion on the present situation of city fire control safety and problems occurring in this field, including â‘ lack of money to support fire control; â‘¡poor firefighting force in cities â‘¢poor firefighting equipments in cities. As fire control plays a very important role in pushing forward the economic development of cities, the development of fire control also needs investment & concern from the municipal government. In the article, the author elaborates on his views in the following 3 aspects: â‘ to guarantee the safety of city firefighting through a joint efforts of governments, communities, fire control safety service companies, firefighting agencies, financial organizations and insurance companies. â‘¡to reform fire control system and set up various firefighting forces â‘¢there was not a unified standard to estimate the quality of the fire control level, so the municipal government doesn't know how to promote its fire control ability. Therefore, in this article, the author wants to determine the aim of city fire control safety through analyzing the present situation of the city's fire control safety by means of establishing a comprehensive estimating system on the city fire control development. Topics such as to what environment should be created for fire control are also specifically explained in this article. Combining with practical working experiences, the author analyzes the present situation of the fire control in Mianyang City and Dazhou City, Sichuan Province, gives an evaluation on the two cities'fire control work through the comprehensive city fire control development system and determines the aim of safe fire control.
