In recent years,large-scale urban complexes have emerged and expanded rapidly in line with the development trend of The Times.Urban commercial complex is a combination of diversified commercial forms and a new urban body with multiple functions.However,problems such as large fire load and many safety hazards in urban commercial complex bring great challenges to the fire safety management of complex.For further analysis of the large complex building fire management ability,the complex at home and abroad based on the research of fire safety management,emergency management,fire management socialization theory,summarize the definition of urban context,the concept of urban commercial complex,clear the characteristics of the commercial complex,through on-the-spot investigation combining with the relevant laws and regulations of fire management,using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to build largescale commercial complex building fire protection management capability assessment system.And a large commercial complex in tangshan city as the breakthrough point,the fuzzy evaluation method to construct the fuzzy matrix to evaluate the complex building fire management capacity,by evaluating the results of the analysis of fire management problem: lack of attention to the fire safety management work,lack of capital investment,complex construction on the building fire control facilities source control does not reach the designated position.According to the causes of the problems,it can improve the selfmanagement ability of the complex and enhance its consciousness of responsibility subject.Implement relevant supporting fire control facilities and increase fire control fund input;To strengthen the source control of complex buildings,and to strengthen the internal management to put forward improvement Suggestions.Figure 1;Table 22 Reference 60...
