Research On Manufacture Logistic Simulation Of Plate Frame Workshop Based On Lean Manufacture

The plate frame workshop of ship mainly consists the pretreatment of steel plates,steel plate cutting and forming,and other operation process.The construction process is using many kinds of mechanical equipment,so it has a relatively high degree of mechanization and automation.At the same time,the manufacture logistic of the workshop is the forefront of shipbuilding.It's schedule directly impact on the entire subsequent manufacturing,so it is very crucial.However,from the point of practical shipbuilding,although the workshop has divided the operation process,the scoping of working is not enough clear,the organization of unit is not enough detailed,the flow of information is chaos,so the productivity of shipbuilding is affected.With using of the advanced method of process analysis and process simulation technology,combined with lean production,this thesis is to explore the standardization model of achieving the balanced production of the workshop,thereby improving the efficiency of producing and reducing the cost of production.Based on the actual investigation of several domestic shipyards and the inductive analysis,we define the plate frame workshop of ship and divide it's scope of work: from steel plate/profile pretreatment to steel plate forming.Then focusing on the plate frame workshop,defining the minimum target model of lean plate frame workshop and dividing it's operation process into six separate operating units.Then based on the theory of lean production,application of balanced production technology,with the ARIS process analysis and modeling method,this paper refines the production process of the workshop in detail.Finally creating the simulation model of workshop space ? equipment and worker using the process simulation software of Plant Simulation.Then doing the simulation of the whole process and analyzing the data of simulation,eventually developing the standardized model of achieving the balanced production of the lean plate frame workshop.This thesis applies the ARIS process analysis method and simulation technology to the manufacture logistic of the plate frame workshop of ship,re-classifies operating units of workshop,and creates the logistics model of the lean plate frame workshop.It has a theoretical and practical importance to explore lean production and logistics balance of shipbuilding.
