Supervisory Information System was proposed in order to resolve the problem of the dispatch system in power plant. With SIS, we can monitor real time information of all units and assistant workshops, change the unit load dispatch method of power plant, which made the electric network chief dispatcher no longer control the unit directly, but carry out optimal load dispatch. Based on every unit's performance model and Energy-lossing model, with on-line correction technology, we developed optimal load dispatch module using equal incremental arithmetic and linear programming arithmetic respectively. Simulation of Xing-Tai power plant show that, the module is economical, feasible and more practicability.
