The Graphic Editing System Of The Distribution Running Management Information System Based On Gis Technology

Along With the development of modern Power Enterprise and Geographi Information System technology, the distribution SCADA system , syncretizing graph editing, paper managment, geography querying, network analysis, facility management, repair management, as a modern and integrative information system has been imported electric power system. This system not only provid the whole supervising and controlling function, but also provide the prompt graph writing, managing, query, analysis and other assistant decition-making function. This will increase the electric power system' s economic benefit, and also improve the whole management level and service quality. The intergrative system not only embody the graphic-basic data, but also reflect the real-time network information.A Graphic Editor system based on GIS is designed and impleted to resolve some problems of distribution operation management especially at data-share and long developing circle by study the current situation of distribution management .This design project of intergrative makes user only input data one time , make the data get a full share. This makes user convenient maintenance data, ensuring data consistency, reduce user' s workload. This system' s maths model is based on GIS .The integrative design principle has data integrative, interfase integrative and function integrative.This paper also by studying data-storage method of international general geographical information ,comparing the mericts and defects of all kinds of data-storage method, the SHAPE file format has been implemented to save graphic data. This make the graphic editor system has a good generality, also can access other user' s data.This paper by studying graphics theory method and advanced Object Oriented technology, designed and implement a math model of distribution network facility oriented .This design method make data shared and to remain topology relation identically. Simultaneously, the system implement all function of graphic editor system based this math model. This paper also provide some special graphic converted methods, such as main connectging diagram convert, ect.Finally, the rationality of the proposed method is verified by a real practice system.
