In view of the necessity for further improvement of the existing power system dispatching order generating system with respect to the correctness rate of reasoning and the security proof, a novel design philosophy and implementing method of an intelligent power system dispatching order generating system (PSDOGS) with calculation and analysis functions has been presented. Along with the reasoning process, the system makes parallel security proof toward each inferred operating sequence in forms of preliminary logic state judging and power flow based analysis, relevant to the real time state, the successive state or the historical state, respectively. Using this method, based on the system that has been developed and implemented previously, the security proof by calculation and analysis is integrated. The optimal design to the database and the storage of the data are improved, and the data sharing with SCADA is performed. It has been proved in practice that the developed system is remarkable in terms of practicability, universality and user maintainability.
