The Development Of Intelligent Dispatching Operation System In Handan Power Network

Dispatching Operation Sheets Generating System (DOSGS) is an important part of expert system application in power systems. According to dispatching operation, the problems about it are decision and harmony of operation device and operation succession. It is associated with the reliability of power supply, the pattern of operation and protection, for the system is very complex. Based on actual condition of Handan power network, a DOSGS of strong adaptability is developed in the thesis. The main achievements are summarized as follows:1. According to the demand of Handan power network, integral design scheme of the Expert System is analyzed and formulated.2. Common cognitive model is researched and built by using the concept of Multi-Agent System (MAS).3. Rule system and inference machine are developed.4. The interface of SCADA / DMIS is completed in order to receive real-time data, and achieve integral management process of operation sheets.
