The living modes and thinking modes alter with the development of society, the market of guarding industry in which supervision and digital service is the technical base will be booming. Nowadays, the ordinary inter-conversation system has developed into the visual inter-conversation system, whose functions tend to be diversified and comprehensive.The digitizing of the visual inter-conversation system is an inevitable trend. However, transmission velocity of digital signals will be influenced by bandwidth and operation velocity of processors. Generally speaking, it is inevitable that there will be jam and delay of digital flow as well as sound or figure slowness and halt. With the development of compression and decompression arithmetic and the appearance of new apparatus of multimedia, it is possible to produce the full digital system of flowing media of high speed. But the price of this sort of the digital system is very high because it needs not only compression ratio chip and decompression chip of high velocity, but also image comminuting processor of high velocity and network jaws, The high price restricts it's development.The visual inter-conversation system which adopts digital processor to control simulative images and sound communication will produce a big market, because this system has a distinct predominance in several aspects, such as the slowness of sound and image, strong anti-jamming character, low price and apt debugging. Different from the traditional controlling methods and communication problems, we consider it to adopt the SCM intelligent controlling technology and the CAN chief line communication technology.
