Research On Support Technology Of Product Design Based On Knowledge Engineering

The research of this paper regarded knowledge engineering as the foundation, base on the demand of support technology of product design, face to the deficiency of its use in enterprises about the traditional product design technology, regard the knowledge driven and the reuse of knowledge as the goal, launch the research on support technology of product design based on knowledge engineering.Firstly, the paper analyzed and summarized the research status in domestic and international. Point out that the support technology of product design based on knowledge engineering is an advanced design technology in 21 century. Analyzed the problem and demand of product design in enterprises. Then provide the research contents, technological route and the framework of this paper. Then carried on a summarizer about .KBE technology, discussed the definition, framework, design procedure base on KBE. Then summarized the using value of KBE.In the theory field, this paper probed a lot, in order to improve the method of product design that the paper developed the new concept and technology of intelligent master model then conceive the structure of it. Provided the model methods combine with the concept of ontology. In order to realized the knowledge driven base on intelligent master model, analysis the key technology of intelligent master model ,developed the multistage acquisition way of knowledge, provided the object oriented knowledge expression method, developed the integrate reasoning and "Two steps of types quality and quantity algorithm of searching synthetically".As far as application, the paper developed the Yuba IMM system base on the research of secondary developing technology about the software of UG and the IMM technology. It proved the practicality and feasibility.
