The virtual prototype technology within mechanical engineering also called as the dynamic simulation technology of mechanic system is a kind of calculator assistance engineering technique, which has been developing and accompanying with the calculator technical development in the international 80's of 20 Centuries. It replaces the traditional experiment methods with actual bodies in real mechanical system.With virtual prototype technology, Engineers can build sample machine model by computer and analyze the dynamic functions model , then improves the design project of sample machine. By the way the product development expenses and costs can be simplify consumedly. The technical range of research of the virtual prototype technology is mainly the kinetics and dynamics analysis of the mechanical system,its core is to do the kinematics and dynamics of mechanical system analysis with the virtual prototype technology to determine the position, speed and acceleration of the system and all components at any time, meanwhile, determine the applied force and counterforce that the system and all components required by solving the algebra system of equations. Multi-bodies system means the system in which many rigid bodies undergoing relative motion in a large scope are joined together by certain a way. In recent years, the research of multi-bodies system dynamics is thought highly of widely and gradually. On one hand, it is widely applied to spacecrafts, robots and high-speed mechanisms, vehicles and so on. On the other hand, the research of it has an important meaning in theory and learning, promoting the further development and mutual permeate of many interrelated subjects. Backhoe is the multi-bodies system of relatively typical case as a kind of engineering machinery. Many bodies are mutually joined together by the motion-restrainers and mutually relative motive in the motion course of system. Not only many are the number of bodies but also the number of freedom are many and the status of forces underwent is complex. So, in many years, the analysis of Kinetics and Dynamics of backhoe also is not very deep going. On the hand, the requirement of backhoe is faster in speed and more powerful in efficacy. On the other hand, with the development of computer technology, the analysis of lots and lots of working position of backhoe, and the determination of the most disadvantageous working status impacting the intensity and strength of backhoe become possible. The movement emulation, the dynamic display of backhoe the work is an important respect of CAD. Through the movement simulation of the computer and the dynamic display of working a new plan of design make the designer see the dynamic pictures of the equipment working during the course of designing, and verify the rationality of this scheme, the optimization degree of the equipment's parameter. Though the technical core of the virtual prototype technology is the kinetics and dynamics of machine system and the control theorieses, the virtual prototype technology would not been developed without mature 3D figure-application program and friendly interface based on figure. Optimization design is a modern design method according to the optimizing principle and method, and synthesizes the factors of various fields, in the way of the actor cooperating with machine or the way of "probes automatically", what carried on was designed semi-automatically or automatically on the computer, in order to elected the best kind of design method under the existing engineering condition, it is an effective means to solve the complicated d the problems. Its design principle is designing the most; Its means is an electronic computer and calculation program; It is an electronic computer and calculation program to design the means; The design method is to adopt and optimize the mathematics method the most. The Finite Element Method also is a modern calculation method with the development of computer. It has been widely applied in many scopes as a numerical analysis method by computer. In recent years, many countries have developed insuccession many universal and large-style Finite Element proceeds in which the ALGOR soft ware produced by American ALGOR computer is most powerful. The backhoe loader is a sort of multipurpose construction machinery, equipped with backhoe equipment and loader equipment, based on a special or general chassis. It is organically made up of body, backhoe equipment and loader equipment, its function containing shoveling, excavating and bulldozing, and is a kind of on-the-spot construction machine extensive in application, with stronger adaptability in a machine to collect the shovel. The backhoe equip of the backhoe loader have the main characteristic of the single bucket of hydraulic excavator and we still consider its harmonious characteristics to fit mutually work with the loader device. So whether the design of the backhoe is good or not and the joint position contacting the backhoe and the machine body directly affect the whole machine function. This thesis according to this kind of actual circumstance, the first part applies the virtual prototype technology to the dynamic simulation of the backhoe device, and at the same time of the dynamic simulation process we considered the whole machine stability and made the optimized results to satisfy the whole machine stability .The second part carryed on the Finite Element Method analysis of the backhoe device , and we made sure the structure rationality that work equip. This paper mainly did the following works: 1.According to Multi-bodies system theories, we analyzed the kinetics and dynamics of the backhoe device. Described the design request of the backhoe machine in three parts, specially including drive angle,the geometry request of joints and displacement of the machine. 2.Based on the virtual prototype technology development, applying software of ADAMS we set up the model to the whole machine of the virtual machine WZ30-25. we set up the parameterized model to the backhoe, loaded it, contracted it. The parameterized-optimization was carried on the backhoe device. Established the model to the whole optimized machine and made the optimized results to satisfy the whole machine stability.
