Research On Rotor Dynamics Identity And Vibration Of Centrifugal Compressor

In modern industrial development, centrifugal compressor is applied to various industry such as petroleum,chemistry,pharmacy,metallurgy,electric power,environment protection,scientific research,war industry,natural gas transportation widely. It is duty-bound to centrifugal compressor manufactory to provide performance reliable,operating smoothly,high efficiency production for consumer. Centrifugal compressor is a kind of large-scale circumgyrating machine. It's machining precision is necessary. centrifugal compressor would be experimented on mechanical operation. The testing intention is to prove each operation parameter such as vibration and temperature of bearing. In this thesis, fundamental theory and structure of centrifugal compressor are introduced firstly. It is propitious to realize centrifugal compressor in the rough. At the same time, it ground latter Research on rotor dynamics identity and vibration monitoring,mechanism analysis and diagnosis. Centrifugal compressor rotor dynamics identity defines stability of operation. It is critical to master essence of compressor.
