With the increasingly increase of the number of automobile in the modernsociety, it brings on many serious society and environment problems, such as trafficsafety, energy crisis and pollution. In order to improve the performance ofautomobile and resolve these problems, more and more electronic equipments havebeen fitted on the modern automobiles, and the modern automobile is turning froma pure machine product into an electromechanical integration product. At present, automotive electronic has already become the dominant tide of the vehicledevelopment.Facing increasingly drastic market competition environment and the increaseof complexity of ECU's functions, conventional ECU development process whichbases on manual programming and many actual tests to validate has already beenhard to adapt to the requirement of modern ECU development. Manufactures ofvehicle ECU make an earnest request for a new process of ECU development toadapt ECU unit developmental requirement.Based on the project-the development of control system of hybrid electricvehicle, which is set by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China as oneof the most important sub-projects in the 863 Program, this is about the study onthe development of Hybrid Control Unit.1. Study on the ECU modern development processECU modern development process is namely so-called "V " developmentprocess , its upmost characteristic is computer-based system control design(CACSD), computer may support the whole development process from functionaldefinition to product test and scaling. It forms a rounded control system...
