In the process of modern vehicles research and development,the design idea about Model-Based platform is worth studying in depth,and the V-Shaped runs through whole life cycle of vehicles development.This paper designed a control prototype for hybrid system based on dSPACE platform,and tests the control strategy in very closed to the real hybrid vehicle,which greatly improves development speed of HEV controllers.Firstly,through selecting and matching main components of the vehicle,this paper builds physical models of the parallel hybrid electric vehicle by advantage of AMESim.Combining theoretical knowledge and practical experience,some models are built: the engine model,the motor model,the EMT model,the battery model,the vehicle model,the driver model and so on,which provides a calculable object for the test of system control strategy.Secondly,analyzing characteristics about work modes of the parallel HEV is to make sure rules for work modes.When the principle of torque distribution in different work modes is determined,the torque distribution strategy about Rule-Based is built.Through studying shift process of the Electric-drive mechanical transmission,it sets the shift control strategy based on two-parameters.Through AMESim and Simulink,it proves rationality and reliability of the torque distribution and the shift control strategy in the NEDC cycle condition and power performance.Thirdly,this paper builds the hybrid controller prototype by analyzing the structure of hybrid control models,including the work mode judgment model,the torque distribution model,the transmission system model,the brake energy recovery model,the input and output signals management model,the power call model and so on,which can provide completed control strategy for the hybrid control prototype test.Finally,a parallel HEV control prototype test platform based on dSPACE platform is built.In this control prototype,it sets a hardware platform,a data monitoring platform,and has open loop control prototype tests which is proposed to calibrate sensor signals and CAN bus.In the end,this paper does some tests of control prototype driver's intention about typical working condition and EUDC driving cycle condition,which greatly verifies effectivity and reliability of the hybrid control prototype.This paper builds a parallel hybrid control prototype based on V-Shaped,and does some related experiment,which not only provides the foundation and basis for development of hybrid vehicle controllers,but also increase development efficiency enormously.
