This article described the designing process of the System of Auto Crash Test Control and Data acquisition and processing that is based on the lots of investigation about the question of auto safety and auto crash test system in domestic and international,and mainly for this system special requests that are vehicle's velocity real time control and multi-channel data acquisition while crash. Designing this system used advanced Virtual Instrument Technology,on the base of Lab VIEW with C/C++ and ASM. So that designed the software of Auto Crash Test Measure and Control System on low cost in short time. The software include auto crash test real-time control child system,magnanimity data high-speed transmission and acquisition child system,date re-show and split child system and data filter child system. In order of the process of data processing arrives national standard,the article described the technology of Data sign processing. Compared and analyzed different methods of filter designing,chosen the method of FIR with window and designed the low frequency data filter. Used the software of Matlab to simulate the frequency performance,which is combined with some experiments. In order to design the system in second development,analyzed several key questions relevant measure and control system in auto crash test with my test experience,and summarized the system be the used of tests. The system is proved that reached the request of national standard and possessed high precision and credibility after a lot of crash test.
