In the industrial production and the people’s daily life, the measurement becomes more and more important. The Measurement is related to agricultural production, scientific research, national defense construction, resource control, environmental protection, public security, domestic and foreign trade and people’s lives, health, quality of life, it is also an important supporting work, its management process is required standard, its measuring and testing process required to be accurate. For the measurement work, the practical detection equipment is very important, in the measurement of the work of thermal measurement part, it is responsible for the work to be accurate transmission of temperature and humidity, pressure and flow measure, while the important instruments in the temperature and humidity calibration is logging devices, the paper is based on the background for the measurement project, and also conducted relevant research and design and implementation of practical completion of the temperature and humidity data logging devices.The design is focused on the study in a medium and small enterprises of temperature and humidity environmental test equipment calibration, it aimed to solve some existing problems of temperature and humidity test equipment calibration, the designed optimized based on the existing data logging devices, it purposes on searching for a calibration practical temperature and humidity data logging devices in the development of an appropriate environmental test equipmentPT100platinum RTD is used in the designed of temperature measurements, where avoiding the more complex traditional bridge thermometry, replaced by a potential difference, it achieves PT100platinum resistance temperature measurement. Equipment required to achieve the temperature measurement accuracy class±0.3℃and humidity measurement error of±3%RH, it also achieves real-time collection, storage and transport of temperature and humidity data, relatively simple display interface and the basic operation. Meanwhile, the design of the humidity measurement section choose the wireless manner, and ensure the accuracy and validity of the real-time transmission of data within a distance range of humidity, reducing the intensity of the staff work to some extent, and can improve its efficiencythe whole system of Practical temperature and humidity data logging devices uses a modular design, easy to carry, good scalability, easy of debugging and equipment maintenance and updates, it has a higher cost. After a rigorous field testing equipment, it achieves the desired goal, the work can be completed calibration of temperature and humidity environmental test equipment field, can better meet the business needs of environmental test equipment calibration and related industry standards requirements.
