Contacts the means of credit analyse with the investigating and managements of stealing electricity behaviors in order to strengthen the supervision and management on customer of paying the electric-rate, and promotes sound developmental relations between the power supply enterprise and customers, and offers the basis of electric-rate gathering measures and exploiting market, and takes precautions against the bad account risk of the electric-rate.This system adopts Windows2000 with XML Information Hub 3.3 Server database as the developing platform and Visual Basic 6.0 as the developing instrument. It is correlated with the data of grading according to the customer, relies on advanced appraisal analyse models, to rank electrical fee credit for customers and establish electrical fee risk advance warning mechanism.
