Design And Implementation Of Hydraulic Experiment Computer Aided Test System

QCS003 hydraulic testing bed is used in hydraulic pressure test, which is purchased in the eighties last century. In view of the technology at that time, this laboratory adopted simulation instrument such as manometer, flow meter, stopwatch and so on, the static and dynamic data of pressure, flow and speed in hydraulic pressure of system is measure by manual, influenced by instrument oneself and artificial factor, the laboratory have some disadvantage such as error, sensitivity low and so on, especially while examining and fetching dynamic value, it is complicated and tedious to operate the instrument, and the precision and can not be guaranteed, it is difficult to objectively reflect the performance and system characteristic of pressure pump and value in the pressure system.To the shortcoming of QCS003 which is above-mentioned, this paper present the improvement scheme that is computer aided testing (CAT) system, the dynamic data of pressure, flow, speed is been gathered through sensor and been process through interface card, and realized the high accuracy and high sensitivity static and dynamic parameter of pressure, flow and the speed of cylinder rod, dispels the random errors and system errors of measurement to the maximum extent utilize the computer to analyze and process the data, the function of correcting the zero point and the full scale automatically.This thesis has recommended the gist of how to choose sensor and the interface card in detail combines above-mentioned problems, and the working principle of each component, analyzes the signal process, port design and operation emphatically. And this paper has developed the software of testing in VB integrated environment. Final, this thesis made the analysis the computer aided testing and the routine test.Experiment results have proved that CAT system has strengthened the experimental function, improved the precision and sensitivity, and also improved efficiency of testing. It is economy, practical, reliable in compared with the traditional hydraulic testing bed. It has the certain promotion application value.
