Research Of Intelligent Shipping Business Tele Communication System Based On Inmarsat-C

To make convenient in forming of shipping business Tele Transmission and lower the rate of shipping communication, we have designed and developed the communication system called Shipping Business Tele Transmission Communication System. The system is a communication system that can form Chinese or English message intelligently by the hint, and that can transmit the key words of the message through compression, so as to lower the rate of communication.Using the system ,we can complete the following service: intelligent compilation of Chinese or English message, send and receive data, telexn E-mail , Distress alert and Enhanced Group Call etc .For our Chinese seafarers, especially for fisher folks, this system solves the problem of editing Chinese and English Messages; for ship managers, it saves the costing of communication and improves the efficiency of communication, fleet tracking and fleet management dramatically.At first, this thesis introduces the theory of Inmarsat-C and shipping business Tele Transmission Then, it describes the design of the whole system framework and several key flow charts on communication. In its core part, with plenty of figures and tables, it discusses the steps of develop the Shipping Business Tele Transmission Communication System in great details, from constructing the frame to designing interface, to realizing communication, and to processing all settings. At last, it points out several things that could make the system more perfect and attractive.The Shipping business Tele Transmission Communication system can finish all functions of Inmarsat-C communication system. Furthermore, it can edit Chinese or English messages by messages templates, transmit Chinese or English messages and greatly lower the time of editing and rate of communications, thus it is very favorable for land and ship users.I spent a long time to research and complete this system.
