| The informatization construction of inland shipping in China is slow,the carrying potential of the channel has not been fully explored and utilized,there are two main problems: The disunity of electrical interface and data protocol leads to the multi-source heterogeneity of massive data output by sensing terminal devices,which makes it difficult for a large number of sensing terminal devices to access the shipping information system;The mode of wide-area sensing information transmission in waterway excessively relies on large-scale communication infrastructure with long construction period,high cost and great difficulty.In order to solve the above two problems,this thesis analyzes and studies the intelligent perception and information transmission technology in the informatization construction of inland shipping.In addition,this thesis innovatively designs an intellisense and information transmission system for inland shipping Internet of Things based on the idea of "Internet + Internet of Things",which is composed of a sensing front end,a relay gateway and a concurrent server.Specific research and design contents are as follows:1.By comparing and analyzing the main performance parameters of the emerging Internet of Things communication methods,Lo Ra has the advantages of low power consumption,long distance,and self-organizing network.Lora is selected to integrate with 4G,Ethernet and Wi Fi to build a dual link communication framework of 4G direct transmission and Lora relay to Ethernet or Wi Fi for the intellisense and information transmission system for inland shipping Internet of Things.2.For the intelligent access of multi-source heterogeneous sensing terminal equipment at the sensing layer,the design is compatible with RS485,RS232 digital and 4-20 m A and 0-5V analog signal type sensing terminal device access,and has two communication modes: 4G and Lo Ra The sensing front end performs signal level conversion at the sensing layer,and unifies the data protocol through the MSP430 single-chip microcomputer,which completely solves the problem of multi-source heterogeneous data from the sensing terminal device.3.Design a relay gateway for sensing front-end data relay transmission.Through Lora relay transmission,it can enable the channel sensing in the network free environment,make the channel blind area sensing possible under complex terrain conditions,reduce the difficulty and cost of the inland shipping information construction,and realize the low-cost and long-distance sensing range expansion.The support of relay gateway for traditional Ethernet and Wi Fi communication mode can ensure the transmission stability of channel state data.4.Under the TCP transmission protocol,in order to make it possible to simultaneously access massive multi-source heterogeneous sensing terminal devices through the sensing front end,this thesis designs and implements a multi-threaded concurrent server based on Socket network programming.In order to effectively improve the management efficiency of shipping managers,this thesis uses GUI application development software Py Qt5 to design an inland shipping information visualization management platform on the basis of a multi-threaded concurrent server.Through the Lora relay transmission performance and overall function test verification of the intelligent perception and information transmission system of the Internet of Things in inland shipping.Moreover,the practical application of the project further proves the feasibility and practicability of the intellisense and information transmission system for inland shipping Internet of Things researched and designed in this thesis. |
