In order to enhance the systemic ability of decreasing energy consuming, improve the way that manage and repair the equipment of the station of centrifugal pump, enhance the ability that manage the production of the station of centrifugal pump , it is very necessary to make the station of centrifugal pump being automatized .DCS(Distributed Control System),is the automatic control system that widely be used in the process industry and it has special pertinence that the automatic control platform of the station of centrifugal pump is constructed by the DCS. It isnecessary to collect data decentralized > control equipment decentralized -, control and supervise system concentrated because of the dispersive characteristics of the process and the requirement of centralized managing .The DCS having two characteristics simultaneously is the most suitable platform of rebuilding the station of centrifugal pump .This paper has introduced the developed course of the DCS and the character of DCS, described current situation of the station of centrifugal pump simply. Based on these, this paper completes the following mission successfully:· analyzing the process flow of the station of centrifugal pump in full· selecting the monitor and control point and the parameter;· configuring sensors for the monitor system;· completing the entire frame of the DCS of the station of centrifugal pump· selecting SUPERCON JX-300X distributed control system and some cards for constructing the monitor and control system of the station of centrifugal pump;· completing configuration of the monitor and control system· drawing the circuit diagram of the box of data acquisition and the whole system.The system has been carried out for half an year, it can keep good state.
