With the pollution of the environment being more and more serious.People have a strong desire to obtain the clear energy source.Heat pump is a kind of important tool which extracts the heat from the natural heat source of low temperature.but actually each of the heat source is not stable,so using all kinds of sources efficiently to provide heat is becoming an important tendency.Xinjiang New Energy Source Institute established a multipurpose-used lab for low temperature heat source in high and cold district and did benificial try to use the clean energy source.Collecting the data and monitoring the heat pump or other devices have become an significant subject.This thesis is an engineer-applied article based on this project.After synthetically compare and choose among the various plans,we finally decide to use DVP-80EH PLC,MODBUS as highway,multi-kinds of intellectual sensing device and other device as the lab's hardware instructure.King of the Configuration 6.52 offered by the top domestic merchant as the configuration software.By programming the PLC and the King of the Configuration ,it mot only achieves the multi-mode monitor on the whole heat pump,pump,draught fair,transducer,solar energy calorimeter and so forth,but also operates steadily and reaches the expected target.Obtaining the temperature statistics of different depth of shallow soil in Urumqi in winter,we can find that the soil temperature as whole ,has increased about 2℃compared by 1980.The COP and the price of the running consume of the system is analyzed.The conclusion is that the solar and heet pump is worthy of being used.At the same time,we get the pressure and flow statistics at the fixed bore pipe,it gives a theoretical and practical basis for establishing a full use of low-temperature heat source for the future.
