This thesis summarized the development and research future of fire safety science,and briefly discussed the building performance-based fire protection design code. Thethesis discussed the term and the method of fire evaluation in fire safety assessment andthe present research of building fire safety assessment inside and outside.The thesis generalized the theory and method of fuzzy synthetic evaluation. Thefactor system, the evaluation system, single class evaluation, evaluation calculationmodel and multilevel evaluation model were also discussed in the thesis. The thesisgeneralized the method of confirming weight coefficient.The thesis analyzed fire risk on the shopping mall and analyzed the shortage of theexisting building safety evaluation system. Integrating fire hazard and harm evaluztion,the thesis built up shopping mall fire safety evaluation system, whose subclass includedits building safety, fire fighting force, local fire surveillance and society fire safetystatus.Subsystem factors were ascertained. Using experts'research method, the authormade sure the weight coefficient of the fire safety evaluation system.The thesis briefly discussed Fudu shopping mall in Neijiang and fire extinguished.Using the evaluation system in this thesis, the fire safety assessment is carried out bythe methods of fuzzy synthetic evaluation and weighted average. The problems and itssuggestions were also analyzed in this thesis.
